Q = audience questioner
Q:
So, I think in exopolitics, if you can project into the future, after each of
the world civilizations rises and falls, and I dont know how long
PC: Oh, were past it. A democracy has never
lasted over 200 years.
same
Q: Right. If you look at history, all the Roman empire, the peace of
PC: My father, every night when he would to sleep,
when he was living with us in the last 3 years, I would go in to wake him up.
And hes wake up with a smile, a kind of strange smile on his face. And I
said, Oh, youve been at it again? Whered you go tonight?
My father was one of the number one [class] in fact, he helped Hal Putoff
design remote viewing. He was very strong at that. Extremely strong
at that. So with being an intelligence officer, it helped a lot. He did a lot
for peace. And, and, and he did it mentally, with his mind. A lot for peace. Yes,
he was the strangest man I ever knew.
Q:
OK, Im going to put myself on the spot here a little bit too, with you
.
I think you hit the nail on the head when you said its all happening simultaneously.
I think thats where the confusion comes because we try to interpret everything
happening simultaneously in order of that information along the timeline. And
that, basically, what I was told is that we take in algorithms and we convert,
in our brain, those [confusion of thought] this information field, and
we take in algorithms and we convert that into what we consider 3, uh, 4th
dimensional space, and that these other off-world Beings are doing the same thing
but they create other 4th dimensional space through these algorithms,
so its not really dimensions at all. At least thats what I was told.
I dont know what your idea about that is. But I think, I think the confusion
that comes in is, were trying to discu-
. We got one foot in
one world, weve got another foot in another world
.
PC: Thats a good analogy. My father used to
say that about me. He said I was really stuck over there.
Q:
Yeah, and thats why its really confusing, you know
. Youre
the constantly occurring space that were in, youre talking
to your father because he still exists.
PC: Yes.
Q:
Simultaneously, at the same time, youre trying to talk to people here that,
that are in 4th dimensional space in terms of 4th dimensional
space so, we go back and forth and its confusing sometimes.
PC: Its confusing all the time. Yes.
Q:
All the time. Thats better. It comes and goes. It comes and goes with me.
But, you know
.
PC: Well, were limited Beings. And because
were limited, when you do infinity [i.e., the infinity symbol], thats
why it lays sideways. Its a crazy eight.
Q:
Yeah, but this is like, the way I understand it, its like were in
one great thought thats existing at all t-, e-eexisting
.
PC: Well, I might be able to help. Q: OK.
PC:
. If the tree falls in the forest and theres no one there to hear
it, is there any sound? Its irrelevant. It doesnt matter, you know.
Who cares?
If theres no humans, the universe is not aware of itself.
So it doesnt matter that it exists. So, do we matter? Youre darn right.
We matter a lot!
Are you supposed to know how powerful a Being you are?
You, you, youre god! And that, thats who you are. And, and, and do
you realize that? No, we dont realize that. And this fellow who was channeling
last night [Daryl Anka channeling Bashar], actually he made a lot of sense and
it scared the heck out of me! [audience laughter]
PC: But, yeah, thats basically
I mean
thats, thats what
. This is not me. This is Edgar Cayce
speaking, you know. And, and if you read on him, I think he has one of the best
analogies of what existence is, in one of his books, than anything there is. Basically
theres more pins
. Theres more, atoms on a pinhead than there
are grains of sand in the world. Theres a huge number. A gagon [spelling
uncertain] is a one inch letter around the circumference of the Earth, squared.
Square that! Thats a big number, you know. Now, theres something more
than there
even of that, and thats time. Time is infinite.
But, theres only so many souls. You create so many souls. So, what
happens as those souls reincarnate? Each one has the chance to play number
uno.
Q:
I think whats happening to us is, is that, we that have created the
mess, if you look at it on a timeline, we who have created this mess, we have
all had,
. participated in the creation of the problems that we have today,
but in prior lives if you want to do it out and so were back
now, to correct the imbalance so that can mo-
all move forward, both ourselves
here and the off-world folks because were not separate from them
.
And that were executing a plan
. Were executing a plan in which
people have been imbedded all throughout society and theyve been nourished
as, as in-
from, from childhood, from birth to death to take on certain
roles, and, within this overall plan. And thats whats happening to
you and I and whatever, is we integrate ourselves into the woodworks.
PC: My father, he made me really angry a
lot of times because he had all these corporations that just, you know, that he
funded and such. And I said, Why do I have to work as a grease monkey? Why
cant I go to work for Northrup? Why cant I go to work here, Dad? Because
he never let me fit into the norm. He didnt want me in anything that
.
I didnt even finish high school. He didnt want me educated by the
system. And he wanted me to stay out of the system because he knew I had, he knew
I had certain gifts, and he didnt want these contaminated. Now, children
have imaginations. Uh, those arent imaginations, those are gifts, and they
get contaminated from within our society.
So,
youre right. We, were told to think within the box. And we do think
within the box. And our system of schooling needs changed, and educated. Im
not saying we need, what is it, Harry Potter. We dont need
. By the
way, I was born on Halloween, and my sister was born on Halloween six years later.
And uh, boy, did that mess me up as a kid, let me tell you! And then my dad would
show me the two Xs in my hand and he said
you know.
PC: But it did teach me to use this [indicating
the brain]. And, if you use this and you exercise it and you
. But, you
know, dont go crazy on it! Dont, dont start thinking that ETs
going to come here and save us because I dont believe he is. And my fathers
exact words were, and I hate to say this, but Im just going to say it the
way he said, Were too rotten to save! Thats the way he
thought.
.
Heres a man that never said a cuss word, never laid a hand
on me, I mean, he was too good for his own good, but yet he, he sees dead people
in ways and such like that, and, and had tremendous mental abilities and such.
And yet, he sees
. Of course maybe thats because he was a, a colonel
in the military and he saw the negative side of it, you know. I hope he was wrong.
But he also died under a lot of adversity. When my father passed away we were
being sued by the book, we got no money from the book. It was all [stolen]. And,
and it was a really a very bad time.
. When Id hear my dad say that,
I considered the times that he said it. I dont think he really meant it.
And how can you when he loved my 3 boys, you know, and Im sure he would
want the best for them. And thats why the book was written, by the way.
It even says that in The Day After Roswell. He felt that young
people could handle it, by knowing the truth.
Ive
got to tell you, real quick, about something. He would go into the Pentagon. And
he says there was a room that they would go into, like a jail cell, and, he says,
you werent allowed to take anything into the room. No papers, no pencils,
nothing to record anything whatsoever. And you go in there, and you come out,
and whatever question you asked would be answered, and youd come out with
that question. And I asked him, Was that ET in there? He never
answered me. He would never say a word. I guess it was classified, so,
you know, a military man would not say anything. I thought it was ET in there.
So, I just brought that up real quick to let you know that maybe there
was one in the Pentagon. I dont know.
Voice
in audience: True!
PC: You think so?
Voice
in audience: Im hearing them saying that.
PC: You hear them say that? Yeah. Well, he talked
about it quite often. He talked about a lot of stuff that, that, uh, is not in
the books. And what I hope to do is modify this book [Dawn of New Age] a little bit. Maybe a section in the
back, that Im speaking of now, of our conversations when I used to sit on
the floor
.
Q:
OK. Uh. You had said that you actually connect into the planes and the computers
and that theyre pretty much alive.
PC: Oh, yes.
Q:
What do you do with a car that just keeps breaking? [audience laughter] I mean,
you know, I really am serious about this because
.
PC: Who owned it before you?
Q:
An x-boyfriend [laughing].
PC: Well, there you go! [audience laughter] Get a new car!
Q:
Well, Im selling it for him
. and it keeps breaking.
PC: Give it back to him!
Q:
Hes not here on the island
. But, Im just curious.
How
you can connect with them [mechanical devices] to find out how to release some
of that old energy, or whatever?
PC: Well, I worked for a company called Larry Smith
Electronics and I finally quit because I was so frustrated because every time
I would go in to fix an autopilot, and Id say, OK, Im going
to put the 183IC in it, and Id plug it in that the thing would work.
Always the same IC, you know, and the odds are a million-to-one that its
not the same IC each time. So Id say, How do I write this up?
So, I would write it up.
Do
I have that ability? Yeah. I dont know where it comes from, you know. It
comes from my father. He did not have that ability. H- his was different, you
know, with photographic memory and such. But, yes, I had that ability. So I dont
know if you can do that, uh, if you learn to do that, you know. So, its
not something
.
Q:
Well, Im very intuitive, but Im having the hardest time with this
car
.
PC: Well, love it! Its hard for a woman to
love a car. I guess they can. Polish it! Im serious!
Q:
I did! I did polish it.
PC: OK. I dont know. Im not saying that
every machine is alive. Im just saying that there are people that have connections
with machinery. And my connections are not with every machine. But when
I build an airplane, its definitely connected there. I dont want to
turn it over to the owner. And, when I do turn it over to the owner, he better
treat it nice! We, weve taken many of our planes and weve resold,
you know. And, I still keep in touch with them. Theyre my children. Yes,
Paula.
Paula
[Harris]: OK, what I wanted to say was, we really loved your dad, in
PC: Well, thats true. Its a collective
effort, which youre doing a very good job of, Paola. Youre one of
the only, you might say, people in this field that Ive ever met -- Im
sure theres others but I dont every one but youre one
of the ones that report, and without an opinion. And I think thats very
good because if we keep that up we cant get lost in crazy stuff. And thats
up to each and every person here to, to weed out the crazy stuff, because if you
do, youre going to go out the branch of that tree, and youre going
to have to come back, and its going to take too many years. We dont
have that many years to go out on this crazy stuff. But how to do we keep my
.
I guess the essence of the question is, is, how do we keep my dads legacy
alive, and, and, what do we do to
.
Paula:
And how do we find the other people to come forth and support what he
.
Obviously he, there were other people around him. He wasnt the only one.
PC: Well, you have a gentleman sitting right there
[Paul Hellyer - pictured with Phil Corso].
Paula:
Yes. I know.
PC: And, and, and I, you know, its magnificent,
because that age there, they, you know,
and Im getting there, you
know. We have to do something. Times running out, and its running
out quick! And how do you get them to come forward? You get them to come forward
maybe with this book, you know [Dawn of
a New Age]. Now Ill tell you right now my wifes going to
whip me with this one! I dont need the money from this book. Ill give
it all away. Im just doing this for everyone. I hope it can bring
.
[moderator reminding Phil Corso of the time]
PC: Five minutes. OK . I hope it can bring some
peace to the world. Now, Dr. Steven Greer, hes looking a new world -- its
right in here [Dawn of a New Age]. The
technology thats in here, if we could only apply it. And I mean, nuke plants
that are as big as that table that will run for 5 years unmanned in
So,
so what has happened to us?! Because we have an atomic bomb were going to
kill all nuke away? You dont know. He says its wrong. We have it right
here! Steven Greer just doesnt know where to look, and I already told him
that. Look here [Dawn of a New Age], thats all.
Q:
What you do is you connect innately with the molecules of the airplanes. You can
talk to them. I talk to my car all the time, beloved molecules of my car. I dont
talk to the car. I talk to the individual parts, Beloved molecules, I thank
you. I am grateful for you traveling with me. I clear you of everything that does
not need to be in this car. Thank you, molecules. And you can connect to
any computer in this way. Start talking to your equipment. You too! [laughing]
Thank you.
PC: Well, machinery is, is wonderful, but, you know,
it has a lifetime too, and were going to replace it with new machinery,
and later technology. And this is going to keep happening. So we reach a point
pretty soon that the technology is probably as smart as us.
Thats
one thing Dad says in the book, too. When he and General Trudeau released the
first chip, they also said that they were afraid because they didnt know
where that was going, where that was going to take us or take over us.
And they, they were smart enough at that time, before they knew really its, its
limitations of what it possibly could do. So yeah, maybe evolution is, is a machine.
Who knows. Yes, mam.
Q:
Well, on that note I was wondering if, uh, you or your father or anyone you know
of, has any, um, experience of anyone traveling here without a machine? And, are
any of your technologies being developed for us to travel, without our bodies,
without machinery?
PC: I dont think so. But, but I dont
know. That, thats a tough one. Sure. You know, you, you want to travel to
the end of existence? You can do that in your minds instantaneously, you know,
because you can visualize what it looks like. Theres nothing faster than
thought. But I dont think that we know how to use it yet, and harness it
properly. Will it ever happen? Maybe. Its science fiction now, you know.
But, Dad also speaks in the book -- almost every question asked tonight is in
the book. And he also speaks of mental
certain frequencies, that he learned,
and these frequencies are in the book. He talks about them. And he talks about
interfacing with machinery. And its been done for a long time, because the
EBE did it. The Rowell craft was an interfaced machine.
When
Dad was dying, he came back with a gallon of blood in his stomach, on an airplane
. Doctors said he [will] be dead by the next morning. In walked Dr. Roe
[spelling uncertain] Ill say his name now and he had a little
machine. And the little machine opened up the chest and there were 2 other
or 3 other doctors involved and they said he would be dead by the morning. They
opened up his chest, put the little machine in there, and theres no bleeding.
And the machine, Dad asked for the machine, through Dr. Roe. Pretty interesting,
you know. I have my ideas of what the machine is and where it came from. But the
good doctor down in
PC:
But hes also quick
. Dr. Roe, real quick, he quit his practice to
do cloning that was led by my dad
Yes?
Q:
Hi. I just wanted to
engage you a little bit about I thought I heard
your comment that we would not be able to go to the future, um, that were
not able to go to the past, but in David Bohms Implicate-Explicate Order,
were infolding and unfolding all the time, I mean, my understanding is,
14 times a second. So, if its possible with our mind, through remote mind,
all I think we really need is knowledge. And through that knowledge, if we have
ideas of coordinates, ideas of potentials, ideas of realities, that, would it
not be possible, with everything self-contained, as with this womans con-,
or idea about, you know, we dont need external technology. I mean, from
what you understand, would, could you see your way to that potential?
PC: Well, first of all, why do you want to do that,
you see? Again, benevolent. You, you have no business going back to the past,
or me or anybody like that, or going to the future, unless you have a purpose.
Now thats what time travel is. You cannot time travel without a benevolent
purpose.
Q:
But what about discovery? Just discovery? For the adventure?
PC: No, no. No, you cant screw up the universe
for discovery. No. Im sorry. You see, I told you that when I was at the
table with these religious
. Thats what the Air Force is bewildered
with now. They thought they were hot shots, and were going to time travel all
over the place. No. Theyre bewildered. They have no purpose for it.
Whats the purpose? To go back and take care of a country that, uh, you know,
I mean, come on
to start a war? Thats not a benevolent purpose. So
you have to have a reason for it. Youre going to correct something
that was wrong back then? Possibly. I dont know, you know. But I
do know this, and Dad told me, The purpose has to be benevolent.
So,
you know, there, there
. If, if a meteor hits tomorrow, our planet, and
destroys it, we would certainly have a reason to leave, wouldnt we? Thats
a benevolent reason. So that might be possible, during a time like that
just a quick example. [moderator indicating time]
PC: Last one. Yes, sir.
Q:
Yes, Phil. My question is, the material in the book, that youre going to
have published [Dawn of a New Age], will it be the complete material, not, unedited
all of the material that he has?
PC: Yes. This book right now is in my dads
well, some of it is typed, but most of it is in his original handwriting.
His handwriting looks like a computer handwriting. Its printing. And its
in his original. And thats the way we want to do it, unedited. If I do anything,
it will be in the back of the book, and it will say, big dummy me is saying these
things, you know, not my father. So, yes, were going to leave this alone.
And, and ,uh, you know, uh, I dont know if its ever been printed that way
before, but maybe well photograph it just like it is. I think each one of
you will probably enjoy reading it just the way it sits.
I
was going to print up a chart, back here an intelligence officers
chart on the EBE, and um, and hand it out to you all. If we can find a printer,
Ill do it tomorrow. And it just shows the logic of why the EBE can travel
in space and why we cant. and it goes through a chart of what we have and
what they have, you know a comparison chart. Ill see if I can get
it printed up for you guys and hand it out tomorrow.
Q:
Oh, thatd be great. [audience applauds]
AW
[Angelika Whitecliff]: We want you to stay here a minute and talk about your meteorite.
PC: OK.
AW:
Were actually not quite done yet with Phil, because Phil has made one other
exceptional contribution to our conference. And you might have been wondering
why we brought in a table over here on the stage, and what we have sitting in
that glass case. Well, it is an extraterrestrial object. It is a meteorite, and
its something very, very special. Uh, the energies that it brings to this
conference gives all of us an opportunity to experience extraterrestrial, right
here, right now. And so, this is a legacy, really, that, that, uh, Phil has offered
to us, for this conference, and to be present for future conferences here in
PC: It would be a pleasure. Yes. Well, first of
all, it began very negative. It came from demand, from the White House,
who told me to shut up, as a gift. [laughter]. So, were going to turn that
around. OK? Were going to make it very positive. The unit itself, about
3 months ago, my middle youngest son, Andrew and hes mentioned in
the book too. Isnt that weird tonight? Andrew wanted it. [The lecture ends and the viewing of the meteorite
begins.]
